Why Are You Here?
I don’t know why you are here on this earth, but I do know that God has a plan for you.
He created you. He created everyone and everything. He loves you so much and longs
for you to know Him personally. Just as His heart longs for you to know Him so does mine. I know
I can’t make you choose Him because it’s your choice. God gave you the choice because He loves
you. So you can take it or leave it. All I ask is that you just take a moment to read this page.
God loves you so much that he gave his only son to die for you. In pain, torture, and mocking on a cross.
He did it all for you!! He knows your heart and understands. He understands because, He came down to earth in human form just like you and me. He went through everything we as humans go through. He knows your joys, your sorrows and your pains and came to earth as a human to understand it. But He didn’t just do that. He didn’t want to just come to understand. He wanted to save you from your sin and the torment of Hell. That’s why He died for you in the way He did. On the cross in torture, pain, and suffering. He did It all for you!! After He died on the cross He rose to life again!! He conqured death!! He is risen and ALIVE today!!
Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”
Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 5:8 “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
Romans 10:9-10 “That if you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.”
Romans 10:11 “As the Scripture says, ‘Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame.’”
Romans 10:13 “For ‘everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’”
To place your faith in Jesus and receive His gift of eternal life you must:
Recognize that you are a sinner and that you need a saving relationship with Jesus Christ.
Confess (agree with God about) your sins.
Repent of your sins (turn from sin to God).
Ask Jesus to save you by His grace.
Turn over the rule in your life to Jesus. Let Him be your Lord.
Pray this prayer:
Dear God,
Please forgive me for my sins and come into my life, into my heart. I believe in you and want you to be my Lord. I give everything to you. Thank you for your love and grace and especially for your son. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
